Simple syrups are a liquid sweetener that is traditionally made by dissolving sugar in water. That's it! The name "simple" doesn't come with no reason. It helps to sweeten mocktails, cocktails, coffees, lemonades, and more!
How to make a lemon mint simply syrup?
Ingredients you'll need:
½ cup Fresh Mint
½ cup Water
Zest and Juice of ½ Lemon
¼ cup Maple Syrup
How to make:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil then simmer for 5-10 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Let cool before storing away or using.

To Make the Simple Syrup: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5-10 minutes, until slightly thickened. Let cool.
To Assemble the Mocktail: In a small coupe glass, stir @nataliesoj Tomato Reishi with the club soda and simple syrup. Adjust to taste.
Garnish with a few small drops of olive oil and lemon peel to enjoy!
