The Heirloom Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)

Introducing: The Heirloom (Non-Alcoholic) 🍅 She’s subtly savory, a bit sweet, and flavorful with hidden health benefits such as reducing oxidative stress and keeping you at peak hydration.


For the Lemony Mint Simple Syrup:

Servings: 4

  • ½ cup Fresh Mint
  • ½ cup Water
  • Zest and Juice of ½ Lemon
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup

To Assemble the Mocktail:

Servings: 1

  • ¼ cup @nataliesoj Tomato Reishi
  • ¼ cup Club Soda, chilled
  • 2 tbsp. Lemony Mint Simple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp. 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to garnish
  • Lemon Peel, to garnish


  1. To Make the Simple Syrup: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5-10 minutes, until slightly thickened. Let cool.
  2. To Assemble the Mocktail: In a small coupe glass, stir @nataliesoj Tomato Reishi with the club soda and simple syrup. Adjust to taste.
  3. Garnish with a few small drops of olive oil and lemon peel to enjoy!
