Welcome back to my NEW Sandwich Series where I'm making elevated everyday sandwiches! We're starting the week of strong with these Savory Ham & Egg Breakfast Sliders that are shockingly easy to make.
Ingredients to make breakfast sliders:
Hawaiian Slider Rolls
Deli Ham, thinly sliced
Olive Oil
Eggs
Milk
Fresh Chives, finely chopped
Sliced Cheddar, or shredded
1 tbsp. EACH: Maple Syrup, Dijon Mustard, Poppyseeds
How to make breakfast sliders (in simple steps):
Preheat oven. Line a 9x13” baking pan with parchment paper.
Whisk the eggs and milk together until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
In a large pan over medium heat, add the olive oil. Add the eggs.
Use a spatula to slowly cook the eggs to a soft scramble, about 4-5 minutes.
Slice the slider rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in the prepared pan.
Layer the rolls with the deli ham, soft scrambled eggs, chives, and cheddar cheese. Add the top half.
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and poppyseeds. Brush the mixture on top of the rolls.
Bake until the cheese is melted.

Can breakfast sliders be made in advance?
Yes! These breakfast sliders can be fully made in advance. You would just skip the last step of baking and instead wrap the sliders pan tightly in Saran Wrap and store in the fridge up to 3 days in advance. When ready to serve, bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes, until warmed through. If needed, bake 8-10 minutes covered, then 6-8 minutes uncovered.
How to store and reheat leftover breakfast sliders:
Store leftovers breakfast sliders in storage bags sealed or airtight containers with a lid to cover. Reheat at 350F for about 8-10 minutes, until warmed through.
Now, it’s time to grab our aprons and begin baking deliciousness! ’till next time! xxL

Do you cut the rolls after baking? What's the step there so you don't pull out too much ham
