Savory Ham & Egg Breakfast Sliders
They're shockingly easy to make and a satisfying breakfast for the family!
Ingredients

- BUBBL’R Pitaya Berry Nect’r, for serving
- 12 Hawaiian Slider Rolls
- 1 lb. Deli Ham, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 12 Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Chives, finely chopped
- ¾ lb. Sliced Cheddar, or shredded
- 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp. Poppyseeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large 9x13” baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add the olive oil. Add the eggs.
- Use a spatula to slowly cook the eggs to a soft scramble, about 4-5 minutes.
- Slice the slider rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in the prepared pan.
- Layer the rolls with the deli ham, soft scrambled eggs, chives, and cheddar cheese. Add the top half.
- In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and poppyseeds. Brush the mixture on top of the rolls.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Slice into individual sandwiches with a serrated knife.
