NOW I understand why an English Breakfast is so popular! It’s loaded with all the savory goodness we need to stay energized throughout the day. And next time, I’ll remember to add the baked beans!
I wanted a bit less meat today, so I used @bluecirclefoods Apple Thyme Salmon Sausages as the main protein source. They’re fully cooked and made with just salmon, herbs, and spices – no fillers, binders, or breadcrumbs. Salmon is rich in Omega-3s, lean protein, and antioxidants to help me get my glow!

What is an English Breakfast?
Unlike the continental American breakfast spread that's loaded up with waffles, fruit, maple syrup, chocolate chip pancakes and so on, the English Breakfast is loaded with savory meats and vegetables. It's also been known as a "Fry Up" since most of the foods are pan fried! It's so good, you just have to try it for yourself!
What is on my English Breakfast plate:
Toast
Over Medium Eggs seasoned with salt, black pepper, and freshly chopped herbs
Apple Thyme Salmon Sausages
Sautéed Mushrooms
Pan fried Heirloom Tomatoes
Baked Beans (I had it sitting out in my kitchen all morning and STILL forgot! Ugh!)
What is on a traditional English Breakfast Plate?
The Full English Breakfast often consists of fried egg, sausages, bacon, toast, grilled tomatoes, hash browns, black pudding, baked beans, and accompanied by tea or coffee.
Now, it’s time to grab our aprons and begin baking deliciousness! ’till next time! xxL

“"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” ~ Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the olive oil.
Add the salmon sausages to one side of the heated skillet and the eggs to the other side. Cook the eggs until over medium, or desired doneness. Cook the sausages until browned on both sides and warmed throughout.
Remove to a plate (and place in the oven on WARM, if needed).
Add the tomato slices and quartered mushrooms. If the olive oil has been all absorbed, add a little more to sauce the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes. Cook the tomato slices 1-2 minutes on each side.
Plate the tomatoes and mushrooms with the sausages and eggs. Add the warmed baked beans and toast. Enjoy warm!
