This (Quick & Easy) Cherry & Burrata Crostini Appetizer takes 10 minutes to make and will have your guests swooning over you for the recipe! It's made with simple, wholesome ingredients and combined both creamy and crunchy textures for a drool-worthy appetizer ;)
How to make Crostini?
I Baguette
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
(Optional) Flaky Sea Salt
Preheat grill or oven (see temperature recommendations below).
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice baguette into diagonal pieces no wider than 1/2" thick.
Lightly brush both sides of each baguette slice with the olive oil.
Bake until golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle with salt before serving.

What is the difference between burrata and mozzarella?
The most significant difference is that mozzarella has a more delicate taste and more elastic texture. Burrata is much soften and flavorful due to the higher cream content.

4 17-oz Vita Ice Cherry Plum Naturally-Flavored Sparkling Water
12 oz. Fresh Burrata Cheese
1 Lemon
1/2 cup Fresh Cherries, pitted and halved
2 tbsp. Fresh Basil, chopped
1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp. Maple Syrup or Agave
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
1-2 cups Arugula, for serving
Baguette, sliced and toasted, for serving
Instructions
Prepare the baguette by slicing and toasting to make crostini.
In a bowl, toss together the pitted and halved cherries, chopped basil, zest and juice of the lemon, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
In a serving dish, add a bed of the arugula. Layer with the fresh burrata. Lastly, add the cherry salsa on top of the burrata. Serve with the crostini and enjoy with the complimentary Vita Ice Cherry Plum Naturally-Flavored Sparkling Water!
