These (Air Fryer) Crispy Seasoned Fries make for an easy summer bbq side dish that is healthier AND tastier than regular French fries!
Ingredients you'll need:
4-6 Russet Potatoes, washed
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Seasoning of choice
2 tsp. Fine Sea Salt
How to Make Homemade French Fries in the Air Fryer:
Slice the russet potatoes in 1/2" thick or smaller French fry-like shapes. Add to a large bowl and continue to rinse with cold water until the water runs clear.
Turn out the potatoes on a large kitchen cloth to pat very dry.
Add back to the cleaned bowl to toss with the olive oil, salt, and seasoning.
Working in batches, add the seasoned fries to the air fryer basket to cook at 400F for 15-20 minutes, until crispy and deep golden brown.
(Optional) Garnish with flaky salt and extra seasoning, if desired.
Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauces!
