The soft, earthy goat cheese whipped with local honey and slightly lemony thyme for a next level crostini paired with all-natural four fruits preserve!

How to Make Crostini:

  • 1 Baguette, preferably a crusty French bread
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Flaky or Fine Sea Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Slice your baguette into diagonal pieces, no wider than 1/2 inch.
  4. Lightly Bruch both sides of each piece of bread with the olive oil.
  5. Place the slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 6-9 minutes, until crisp and golden on top.
  7. Sprinkle very lightly with salt.

What is the difference between Crostini and Bruschetta?

  • Bruschetta comes from the Italian word "Bruscare" which translate "To roast over coals." Therefore, you would toast the whole, wide slices of rustic Italian bread or sourdough bread. It's often served with chopped fresh herb and tomatoes.
  • Crostini is sliced, usually from a French Baguette, into smaller and rounder pieces. It's often served with soft cheeses.

What is St. Dalfour?

Growing up, I remember my mom buying St. Dalfour Fruit Preserves for uniquely flavored PB&Js, holiday appetizers, etc. So to work with them on some festive and delicious holiday recipes truly is a dream come true!

St. Daflour offers handcrafted fruit preserves that are made with all-natural ingredients, originating in the Aquitaine region of Southwestern France. They are made with real ingredients that are bursting with natural flavor!

What makes St. Dalfour different from other brands?

It's the careful attention to select, high-quality harvest ingredients paired with generations-old family recipes for me.

But also, their fruit preserves are made with only 100% fruit, with sun-ripened grape 'must' as a natural sweetener.
