(7-Ingredient) Cheesy Garlic Twists

Day 4 of My Big Game Appetizers! 🏈 These Cheesy Garlic Twists are crispy, flaky, cheesy, and the perfect addition to your snack station. Did I mention they’re super easy to make too?!

Ingredients you'll need:

  • 2 sheets Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 2-3 tbsp. Kraft Real Mayo
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar, or cheese of choice
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, finely minced or grated
  • Kraft Classic Ranch, for serving

How to Set Up the Ultimate Big Game Snack Station:

  • Chicken Wings (a must!)
  • Cheesy Garlic Twists (this recipe)
  • Chips & Salsa (and even guacamole, too)
  • Fresh Fruit (like grapes, berries, sliced oranges, etc)
  • Beverages (such as sweet tea, lemonade, sodas, and sparkling waters)

Can these Cheesy Garlic Twists be Made in Advance?

Yes, you can make these in advance, then let cool completely before storing in an air tight container on the counter for up to 2 days. When ready to serve, reheat in the oven at 350F for 5-8 minutes, until warmed through.

(7-Ingredient) Cheesy Garlic Twists

Flaky puff pastry twists baked with shredded mozzarella and brushed with a buttery garlic-parsley sauce for the ultimate game day appetizer!

Ingredients

Servings: 12+

  • 2 sheets Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 2-3 tbsp. Kraft Real Mayo
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar, or cheese of choice
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, finely minced or grated
  • Kraft Classic Ranch, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line 1-2 large baking pans with parchment paper.
  2. On a floured surface, gently roll out the first sheet of thawed puff pastry.
  3. Slather the mayo over the entirety of the puff pastry sheet.
  4. Evenly distribute the shredded cheese and 2 tablespoon chopped parsley.
  5. Add the second sheet of gently rolled out (thawed) puff pastry and use your hands to press the two together to help seal in the cheese.
  6. Slice into 3/4” strips and twist each strip before placing on the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until doubled in size, flaky, and golden.
  8. In the meantime, combine the melted butter, remaining parsley, and minced garlic together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. While the cheesy twists are still warm from the oven, brush on the garlic butter sauce.
  10. Enjoy warm with Kraft Classic Ranch on the side!
