Honey & Thyme Whipped Goat Cheese Crostini
The soft, earthy goat cheese whipped with local honey and slightly lemony thyme for a next level crostini paired with all-natural four fruits preserve!
- 5 oz. Goat Cheese
- 1/4 cup St. Dalfour Four Fruits
- 3 Thyme sprigs
- 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. Milk
- Crostini, for serving
- Add the goat cheese, thyme leaves, honey, olive oil, and milk to a large bowl. Whisk until light and fluffy.
- Add a generous scoop onto each crostini, then a dallop of the four fruits preserve.
