Detoxifying & Acne-Fighting Beet Juice (Without a Juicer)

Ingredients

Servings: 2-3

  • 1/2 Celery Stalk
  • 3 large Carrots, peeled
  • 1 large Beet, peeled
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 3-4" Fresh Ginger, peeled
  • 1 large Honeycrisp or Green Apple
  • Cheese to table cloth, for strainer

Instructions

  1. Peel and coarsely chop all the ingredients. Add to a high speed blender.
  2. Pulse 2-3 times to break up into smaller chunks. Add 1/2 cup water, then blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
  3. To strain, line a bowl with the cheese or table cloth. Pour the mixture into the cheesecloth and wrap up to squeeze out all the juice. Enjoy!
