We are well into our way in this crisp Autumn Season, and as much as I am absolutely loving everything about the season, I prefer to keep my immune system strong to prevent from being sick. There are SO MANY natural foods that can not only keep your body healthy, but prevent you from getting sick so easily. With the being said, I would like to introduce to you my Cold-Fighting & Immunity-Enhancing Juice that works wonders!!

Now, typically I would just say you can use a high-speed food processor then strain the blended vegetables/fruits with a tea towel BUT that will not work with this juice. It is really important that you use an actual juicer to receive the most benefits. The carrots will create a paste that is very difficult to strain by hand.

No need to grab our aprons today, this miracle-working juice will only take a matter of minutes at the expense of your juicer... aka no hard work on your end... yay!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Carrot Sticks
  • 2 Limes
  • 2 Oranges,  (quartered)
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger, (peel off the outer layer)

Instructions

  1. Simply juice all of the fruits and vegetables together for deliciousness.
