Ingredients
Servings: 2-3
- 1/2 Celery Stalk
- 3 large Carrots, peeled
- 1 large Beet, peeled
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 3-4" Fresh Ginger, peeled
- 1 large Honeycrisp or Green Apple
- Cheese to table cloth, for strainer
Instructions
- Peel and coarsely chop all the ingredients. Add to a high speed blender.
- Pulse 2-3 times to break up into smaller chunks. Add 1/2 cup water, then blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
- To strain, line a bowl with the cheese or table cloth. Pour the mixture into the cheesecloth and wrap up to squeeze out all the juice. Enjoy!
