1/8 tsp. Fine Sea Salt
How to make...
Combine the fresh cranberries, orange juice, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a large saucepan over medium high heat.
Stir until ingredients are well combined, and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes, until cranberries have burst and sauce is jam-like.
Remove from heat to cool.
How to Make Puff Pastry Wrapped Brie:
Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place the thawed puff pastry on the prepared baking tray. Add the wheel of brie cheese in the center of the puff pastry.
Layer the brie cheese with the homemade cranberry sauce (as much as you prefer), chopped walnuts and rosemary. Fold in the corners of the puff pastry, pinching the edges together to seal in the brie. Trim the puff pastry, if needed.
Brush with the beaten egg, then garnish with the sugar.
Bake for 6 minutes at 425F. Reduce oven heat to 350F to finish baking 12-18 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.
What to Serve with Puff Pastry-Wrapped Brie:
Crackers - love the Raincoat Crisp brand of seeded crackers from Whole Foods!
Pitted Olives
Extra side of the homemade cranberry sauce - because never is there too much 😉
Thinly sliced salami and/or prosciutto
