We are switching things up around here and I couldn't be more excited! Each week we will be creating an appetizer, entree, and dessert recipe that are all complementary to one another, giving you one complete meal by Friday! And to start this new season of cooking is our Baked Feta & Sundried Tomato Crostini Appetizer, a healthy indulgence that is creamy at its very best!
Now, my question is, can you guess what the entree will be (posting tomorrow)? 🤔
Thank you Batistini Farms for sponsoring this recipe. And as always, opinions are my own.
The secret...
to this rich, creamy baked feta appetizer is Batistini Farms' Organic Basil Olive Oil. It's a fusion of organic plump olives harvest from ancient lands and fresh basil, which balances out the natural saltiness in the sun-dried tomatoes and olives by adding a slight sweetness, as well as adds hints of mint and peppery notes... bringing together the dish to make one mouth-watering crostini appetizer!
Batistini Farms is a family-owned and operated business that produces only the finest quality extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and now, some of my favorite ancient tuscan grain pastas in the whole wide world. Yes, they live up to the hype!

Now, it’s time to grab our aprons and begin baking deliciousness!
