·

What's not caught on camera... my jaw dropping at just how easy and tasty these scrambled eggs were! This truly is the The BEST Scrambled Eggs (Gordon Ramsay Style) Recipe and it only takes 3 minutes to make! 🙌

How to make Gordon Ramsay's Scrambled Eggs?

It's so simple, I think even your jaw may drop!

  1. Add the eggs and butter to a deep saucepan.
  2. Stir with a rubber spatula for 30 seconds on the stovetop, then remove from heat to stir 10 seconds. Repeat for 3 minutes.
  3. In the last minute, season with salt & black pepper. Fold in the creme fraiche.

Viola! You're done!

What is the secret to Gordon Ramsay's Scrambled Eggs?

Contrary to belief, you want to whisk the eggs BEFORE cooking and NOT during.

Also, using cold eggs and cold butter helps soften the overall texture of the eggs as they slowly cook to perfection.

And the small spoonful of creme fraiche adds just the right amount of creaminess that would turn anyone into an egg lover!

Now, it’s time to grab our aprons and begin baking deliciousness! ’till next time! xxL
