(5-Minute) High Protein Korean-Inspired Breakfast

·

An easy, high protein breakfast ready in 5 minutes! 🍊One of my goals for 2024 was to heal my skin from the inside out, which is one of the reasons I love incorporating Wild Albacore Tuna into my diet - it contains incredible Omega 3’s that are a type of healthy fat super beneficial for your skin by helping regular oil productions and reducing inflammation, thus minimizing breakouts!

Myth buster! Eggs do not directly cause acne, but can actually help heal it. Finding pasture raised, non-gmo eggs are naturally rich in biotin which helps with hair growth and regeneration of new skin cells.

Not to mention the fermented soybeans in gochujang and fermented Napa cabbage in kimchi that are loaded with gut friendly bacteria to help promote healthy, glowy skin.

Ingredients you'll need for the Breakfast Tuna:

  • 1 can Wild Planet Wild Albacore Tuna, drained
  • 2-3 tsp. Gochujang
  • 1 tsp. Japanese Mayo
  • 1 tsp. 100% Extract Virgin Olive Oil
  • Leftover Rice, for serving
  • Kimchi, for serving

What is Wild Planet?

Wild Planet is committed to providing only the finest sustainably caught seafood. They have a variety of canned fish from anchovies (for the best Caesar salads) to wild pink salmon and wild caught tuna. All Wild Planet tuna is 100% sustainably pole & line, troll, or handling caught - nets never being used! Their methods catch only smaller migratory fish, that are naturally lower in mercury - a win, win!
