Easy Cacio e Pepe Pasta
With only 5 ingredients, this is a quick and easy dinner recipe you'll want to keep on hand!
Ingredients
Servings: 4-5
- BUBBL’R Lemon Lime Twist’r, forserving
- 8 oz. Pasta, cooked
- 1 cup Reserved Pasta Water
- 1 tsp. Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- ½ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan, about 3 oz.
- Olive Oil
- Burrata
- Prosciutto
- Fresh Basil, chopped, for garnishing
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package direction, until aldente. Before draining reserve 1 cup pasta water.
- In a large saucepan, add the prosciutto in bite sized pieceswith a small drizzle of olive oil to cook until crispy, about 1 minutes on eachside. Remove and set aside.
- Add the cracked black pepper to the saucepan and cook for 30seconds.
- Add the salt and reserved pasta water. Bring to a boil.
- Add the grated parmesan, then whisk until smooth and creamy,about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated in thecreamy sauce.
- Serve warm with the burrata, crispy prosciutto, and chopped basil.
