Thai Maple-Glazed Salmon (Oven Baked Salmon)

·

Our NEW Thai Maple-Glazed Salmon (Oven Baked Salmon) is destined to become a favorite! In less than 20 minutes, you'll have a flaky, tender salmon that is loaded with flavor and nutrients from the salmon.

What is Blue Circle Atlantic Salmon?

My favorite thing about Blue Circle is they are on mission to provide nourishing seafood that has NO antibiotics, NO growth hormones, and NON-GMO. They also are dedicated to sustainable practices and fair labor initiatives, while providing you with the highest quality seafood!

And their Atlantic Salmon portions are hard to beat with their delicious flavors that provide natural, brain-boosting omega-3s and are FREE from any additives.

  • Individually vacuum-sealed portions
  • Responsibly raised in pristine Norwegian Arctic Waters
  • NO added hormones, antibiotics, synthetic colorant, nor chemicals
  • Rich in Omega 3s, protein, and & antioxidants

How do you bake salmon in the oven?

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Pat down salmon portions with a paper towel.
  3. Season generously with kosher salt and crushed black pepper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.
  5. Broil 1-3 minutes for a crispy top, optional.
  6. Serve immediately.

What to serve with salmon?

My go-to is a leafy green salad and some type of complex carbohydrate (brown rice and mango salsa, ancient tuscan grain pasta, brown rice udon noodles).

But with this Thai Maple-Glazed Salmon flavor, I'd recommend:

  • Roasted Garlic Potatoes
  • Udon Noodles tossed (make double the sauce to toss the cooked noodles in half of it)
  • Leafy Green Salad (like arugula, carrots, cherry tomatoes with vinaigrette or sesame Thai salad dressing)
  • Thai Cucumber Salad
  • Basmati Rice (a favorite!)
  • Thai Sweet Chili Green Beans

Now, it’s time to grab our aprons and begin baking deliciousness! ’till next time! xxL
