It's the perfect balance of floral and nutty notes, still creamy yet without dairy - aka the best summer latte you'll ever have.

How do I make the lavender syrup?

It's so easy that you're about to be shocked! ... or at least I was lol

You simply simmer the three ingredients (water, lavender bulbs, and honey), then let it cool and enjoy!

Now, let's grab our aprons and begin cooking deliciousness!

(No Sugar) Honey Lavender Syrup for an Oat Milk Iced Latte

Ingredients

For Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp. Dried Lavender Bulbs

For serving:

  • 1 packet of VitaCup's Slim Instant Coffee
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup Oatmilk

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to a saucepan over medium high heat, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh. Set aside in the fridge to cool.
  3. To make the iced latte: Add 8 fl oz of water to a glass, pour in the instant coffee, then stir to combine. Add oatmilk and 1-2 tbsp. honey lavender syrup, to taste. Store remaining syrup in fridge to enjoy up to 5 days.
