These last 30 days I have been on a journey to better my everyday health with Mary Ruth's Daily Multivitamins. Being a food photographer, my diet is constantly changing and often times - imbalanced. For instance, one day I had to make 3+ dessert recipes and the only source of "real" food was eggs and tuna with a salad. Yikes!
