What is Grey Poupon?
Grey Poupon is a brand of Dijon mustard which originated in Dijon, France - so cool, right?! The fine quality mustard seeds used to make Dijon are finely ground, making the texture smooth, rather than coarse.
My family has been buying Grey Poupon Dijon for literally my entire life.
Fun fact - My Grandpa used to work on the sales team for Grey Poupon almost 40 years ago and my Dad still remembers to this day when my Grandpa brought home a box full of Grey Poupon Dijon for the family. They were ecstatic!
What does Grey Poupon Dijon taste like?
Grey Poupon Dijon is made with 1 grade mustard seeds, infused with white win and spices for a bold flavor that adds the perfect touch to homemade vinaigrettes, savory baked goods, marinades, and so much more!
Can Tortellini Pasta Salad be Made in Advance?
Absolutely! Tortellini Pasta Salad will develop even more flavor as it sits in the fridge, so it makes for the perfect make ahead and/or meal prep recipe. I recommend tossing in the baby arugula when ready to serve so it stays crisp and fresh.
How to Store Leftover Tortellini Pasta Salad?
Store leftover Tortellini Pasta Salad in an airtight container with lid in the fridge up to 4 days.
I truly hope you all enjoy this treasured recipe that has nestled its way into our hearts here in the ABM kitchen! ’till next time… xxL
