Artisan Tropic is a family-owned and operated business out of Charlotte, NC (which hits home for me!)

The Guzman family originally moved here 24 years ago (1994) with Entrepreneurial Spirits and Dreams. In 2012, their daughter was diagnosed with an autoimmunity and after exhausting medical options, they decided to take an holistic approach. They became passionate about food, nutrition, and healing your body from the inside out. And that's where Artisan Tropic was born, out of a desire to create wholesome, healthy snacks.

What products do Artisan Tropic offer?

They offer a variety of Plantain and Cassava snacks with all-natural flavors that make the most amazing snack on-the-go, appetizer chips, & more!

What is special about their plantain strips?

  • Their plantain strips are made are carefully grown and inspected for perfect ripeness to ensure a less greasy and naturally sweeter plantain strip
  • Their sole focus is on producing the fines quality cassava and plantain trees in Columbia, so you can expect nothing but the best!
