Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Bites
Crispy potato bites tossed in fresh garlic, freshly chopped herbs, and grated parmesan for the best potato recipe!
Ingredients
Servings: 3-4
- 16 oz @tastefulselections Nibbles Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced or grated
- 1 Rosemary Sprig, chopped (or 2 tbsp parsley)
- 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Slice the potatoes in half then add to the boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes, until fork tender.
- Drain in a colander and let steam dry.
- In the meantime, add the olive oil to a large rimmed baking dish. Place in the oven for 5 minutes, until hot and shimmering.
- Toss the steam dried potatoes in the pan with the hot oil. Bake for 10-15 more minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
- Toss with the minced garlic, chopped herbs, and Parmesan. Season with salt and black pepper to enjoy!
