Quick prep time, easy make ahead meal, cheesy and satisfying to even the pickiest of easters... these Cranberry & Pesto Baked Turkey Sliders are a keeper!
Ingredients you'll need:
BUBBL’R Cranberry Grapefruit Sparkl’r, for serving
12 count Sweet Rolls
¾ lb. - 1 lb. Deli Turkey, thinly sliced
1 ½ cups Shredded Aged Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup Cranberry Preserves or Jam, or substitute with your favorite jam
1/4 cup Basil Pesto
¼ cup Melted Butter
2 tbsp. Fresh Basil, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan
How to Make These Thanksgiving-Inspired Sliders:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a large sheet pan or baking dish with parchment paper.
Slice the sweet rolls in half lengthwise. Place inside of the prepared baking dish.
On the bottom half, spread a generous layer of basil pesto and the cranberry jam.
Layer on the sliced turkey and shredded cheddar cheese.
Sandwich with the top half of the sweet rolls.
In a small bowl, combine the finely chopped basil, melted butter, and grated parmesan. Mix well.
Brush that melted butter mix over the top of the sweet rolls.
Cover the baking dish with foil to bake for 10-15 minutes, until warmed through and cheese is melted.
Remove foil to broil on HIGH for 1-2 minutes to crispen the top of the sweet rolls.

Yes, this recipe is an awesome make ahead meal. It's especially great for Thanksgiving and Christmas, since you can make them the night before and bake in the oven in the morning when ready to serve!
