- 1/3 cup Madhava Organic Creamed Honey
- 1 tbsp. Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Chives, or chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- Ranch, for serving
- Buffalo Sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Set up your battering station with three bowls.
- In the first bowl, beat the eggs and milk until smooth.
- In the second bowl, whisk the flour and Italian seasoning together.
- In the third bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and paprika together.
- Carefully use kitchen scissors or a sharp knife to slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Dredge the chicken bites into the flour mixture, then the eggs, then the panko breadcrumbs. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may have to work in batches.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil.
- Cook in the Air Fryer at 400F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy. (If using the Oven, use same cooking instructions.)
- In the meantime, combine the creamed honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat to help the honey become liquid.
- Toss the crispy chicken bites in the hot honey, chopped chives, and red pepper flakes.
- Enjoy warm with ranch dressing and buffalo sauce!
