These Blackberry Goat Cheese Puff Pastry Twists are an easy, salty and sweet appetizer that is perfect for a last minute holiday recipe!
Ingredients you'll need:
BUBBL’R Triple Berry Breez’r, for serving
10 oz. Frozen or Fresh Blackberries
4 tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed
4 oz. Goat Cheese, softened
3 tbsp. Granulated Cane Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
How to Make Blackberry Goat Cheese Puff Pastry Twists?
In a saucepan, combine the blackberries, honey, ground cinnamon, and ¼ cup water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes, until thick and jam-like. Let cool to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 375F. Line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine 1 cup blackberry jam and softened goat cheese in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture over the thawed puff pastry. Fold the pastry in half lengthwise and slice into ½” strips.
Twist each strip and place on the prepared baking pan.
Brush the twists with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the sugar.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.

TIPS for Making Ahead:
These puff pastry twists are best made same-day and while still warm. However, you can make these in advance by storing in the fridge once cooled up to 1 day prior. Reheat at 350F on a parchment paper-lined baking pan for 4-5 minutes on each side, until warm and flaky.
