Ingredients you’ll need:
1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed, sliced into 12-14 squares
How to Make these Mini Flaky Prosciutto, Brie, & Spinach Bites:
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
Distribute the prosciutto on the prepared pan into 12-14 small bundles.
Layer the prosciutto bundles with the cubed brie and a small bundle of the baby spinach. Drizzle a little honey on top of the spinach.
Cover each bundle with a puff pastry square. Gently press the edges down to tuck in the spinach.
Brush the puff pastry with an egg wash.
Bake 12-15 minutes, until puffed up and golden brown.
Remove the pan from the oven. Use a spatula to quickly flip over each puff pastry. Place the pan back in the oven.
Reduce heat to 375F. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until prosciutto is slightly crispy, and puff pastry is golden brown.
(Optional) Garnish with flaky sea salt and freshly chopped chives. Enjoy warm!
