Mini Flaky Prosciutto, Brie, & Spinach Bites that are a super easy appetizer for this holiday season!

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed, sliced into 12-14 squares
  • 3 cups Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Spinach
  • 4-5 oz. Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 7.5 oz. wheel of Brie, sliced into 12-14 cubes
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • (Optional) Flaky Sea Salt, for garnishing
  • (Optional) Fresh Chives, chopped, for garnishing
  • (Optional) 1 Egg, beaten

Substitutes for Brie Cheese:

  • Triple Cream Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Camembert
  • Goat Cheese
  • Gouda
  • Gruyere

How to Make these Mini Flaky Prosciutto, Brie, & Spinach Bites:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Distribute the prosciutto on the prepared pan into 12-14 small bundles.
  3. Layer the prosciutto bundles with the cubed brie and a small bundle of the baby spinach. Drizzle a little honey on top of the spinach.
  4. Cover each bundle with a puff pastry square. Gently press the edges down to tuck in the spinach.
  5. Brush the puff pastry with an egg wash.
  6. Bake 12-15 minutes, until puffed up and golden brown.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven. Use a spatula to quickly flip over each puff pastry. Place the pan back in the oven.
  8. Reduce heat to 375F. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until prosciutto is slightly crispy, and puff pastry is golden brown.
  9. (Optional) Garnish with flaky sea salt and freshly chopped chives. Enjoy warm!
