Pull-Apart Cheesy Garlic Knots Christmas Tree

·

Imagine garlic knots meet mozzarella sticks... this is an easy appetizer festive for Christmas dinner and delicious for the whole family! This is my second year making this Pull-Apart Cheesy Garlic Knots Christmas Tree and it has yet to fail me!

Made with BUF Creamery Buffalo Mozzarella – aka my go to mozzarella that is NON-GMO Verified, Lactose Free, and made with 100% Water Buffalo Milk!

What is BUF Creamery? This is a cool one!

BUF Creamery is committed to crafting delicious, healthy and responsible cheeses all from the milk of free ranging and grass fed water buffalo.

Their buffalo are milked with their young right next to them. Why? This closeness stimulated the mother who is able to release milk with the healthiest nutrients and finest flavor. This process allows the buffalo to produce a better quality of milk while also ensuring they live longer, happier lives. Because a healthy buffalo produces healthy milk which means a healthier you!

Their raw milk is then transported carefully to their factory, which is specifically designed to process buffalo milk. The raw milk is transformed there into delicious mozzarellas, ricottas, burrata, and Andean yogurts! How cool!!

Can this recipe be made in advance?

Yes! I recommend fully making the recipe, then let it completely cool. Place on an oven-safe serving dish and cover with Saran Wrap to store in the fridge up to the day prior.

To reheat, remove the Saran Wrap and cover with foil to keep from drying out. Reheat at 350F for 5-8 minutes, until warmed through. If the tops are still a little wet from moisture in the fridge, remove the foil to bake 3-5 more minutes.

I truly hope you all enjoy this treasured recipe that has nestled its way into our hearts here in the ABM kitchen! ’till next time… xxL
