(5-Ingredient) Flaky Prosciutto, Brie, & Spinach Bites
An easy holiday appetizer that uses just 5 ingredients!
Ingredients
Servings: 12-14
- 1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed, sliced into 12-14 squares
- 3 cups Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Spinach
- 4-5 oz. Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 7.5 oz. wheel of Brie, sliced into 12-14 cubes
- ¼ cup Honey
- (Optional) Flaky Sea Salt, for garnishing
- (Optional) Fresh Chives, chopped, for garnishing
- (Optional) 1 Egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
- Distribute the prosciutto on the prepared pan into 12-14 small bundles.
- Layer the prosciutto bundles with the cubed brie and a small bundle of the baby spinach. Drizzle a little honey on top of the spinach.
- Cover each bundle with a puff pastry square. Gently press the edges down to tuck in the spinach.
- Brush the puff pastry with an egg wash.
- Bake 12-15 minutes, until puffed up and golden brown.
- Remove the pan from the oven. Use a spatula to quickly flip over each puff pastry. Place the pan back in the oven.
- Reduce heat to 375F. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until prosciutto is slightly crispy, and puff pastry is golden brown.
- (Optional) Garnish with flaky sea salt and freshly chopped chives. Enjoy warm!
