This 3-ingredient dessert can be made in under 10 minutes, is rich and chocolate-y with seasonal strawberries for a delicious, no-bake summer treat!
Ingredients you'll need:
2 cups Tony Chocolonely x Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Love-A-Fair (about 2 bars), or chocolate of choice
1 ¼ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 lb. Fresh Strawberries, quartered
Can I leave out the strawberries?
The strawberries in this chocolate fudge recipe are optional, and you will need to eat the fudge within 3-4 days if adding them. If you want the fudge to last longer (up to 8-10 days), then I recommend leaving the fresh berries out.
How to Make Chocolate Fudge:
Line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper.
Pat the strawberries dry with a paper towel to ensure there’s no moisture. Add to the lined baking pan as desired.
In a microwave safe mixing bowl, combine the chocolate and condensed milk. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until chocolate is fully melted. Pour over the strawberries.
Place fudge into the fridge until set, about 1-2 hours.
Slice into individual pieces to enjoy! Keep any leftovers stored in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
