Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, then (if needed) transfer to the fridge for another 2 days.
Pecan pie bars are one of the many holiday desserts that freezes beautifully! I recommend slicing them into bars, then placing in a freezer-safe ziplock bag. If stacking them in layers, add parchment paper in-between the layers to keep them from sticking to each other. You also want to remove as much air as possible. They stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Now, it’s time to grab our aprons and begin baking deliciousness! ’till next time! xxL

“"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” ~ Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
A buttery, sweet crust with a pecan pie filling that soft and caramel-y in the center and crunchy on top. What's not to like!
