What better way to celebrate July Fourth than turning one of my all time favorite appetizers into a main dish! Ready in 15 minutes, our Tossed Caprese Salad with Superfood Pasta will be the star of the show this weekend, or any day of the week for that matter!
What does the Superfood Pasta taste like?
Batistini Farms Ancient Tuscan Grain Superfood Pastas are by far the BEST pastas I've ever tasted. I'm not exaggerating. For being wheat-based, they not taste grainy like the typical whole wheat pastas, and in fact, I think the pastas taste even better than some homemade versions.
How is this Superfood Pasta different from other store brands?
The pasta is made at a single Tuscan family farm that has been passed down for generations. The pasta is packed with nutrition and the most amazing whole grain flavors from fresh ingredients grown on the family estate. From the harvesting of organic select grains, to stone milling the seeds to flour, to crafting the dough and cutting it by bronze, to patiently waiting for the slow drying of the pasta to keep with the old traditions. This pasta does not disappoint.
This easy tossed cypress pasta salad is filled with layers of crisp, juicy cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella and basil. The pasta adds the perfect protein-packed carb that adds depth to the dish and keeps you satiated.
Now, it's time to grab our aprons and begin cooking deliciousness! ’till next time! xxL
