Tossed Caprese Salad with Superfood Pasta


  • 1 bag (17.5oz) Batistini Farms Ancient Tuscan Grain Campanelle Superfood Pasta
  • 8 oz Ciliegine Mozzarella, (halved)
  • 1/2 pint Cherry Tomatoes, (halved)
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves,  (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • (optional) 2 tbsp. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Black Pepper,  (to taste)


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the pasta according to package directions, about 12 minutes.
  2. Drain the pasta, then toss in the olive oil. Transfer to a large serving bowl, then add in the halved cherry tomatoes, halved mozzarella balls, and chopped basil. Toss to combine. Add salt and black pepper, to taste.
  3. For added flavor, drizzle with a traditional balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
