How to Turn Your Oatmeal into a Giant Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp. Flaxseed Meal
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 1 -2 tbsp. Almond or Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 375F. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well-combined. Form the batter into a cookie 1/2" thick.
  3. Place the cookie on the prepared baking pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
