Growing up, I remember my mom buying St. Dalfour Fruit Preserves for uniquely flavored PB&Js, holiday appetizers, etc. So to work with them on some festive and delicious holiday recipes truly is a dream come true!
St. Daflour offers handcrafted fruit preserves that are made with all-natural ingredients, originating in the Aquitaine region of Southwestern France. They are made with real ingredients that are bursting with natural flavor!
What makes St. Dalfour different from other brands?
It's the careful attention to select, high-quality harvest ingredients paired with generations-old family recipes for me.
But also, their fruit preserves are made with only 100% fruit, with sun-ripened grape 'must' as a natural sweetener.

Can you make ahead Ham & Swiss Rolls?
Absolutely! You can work up to the final step of baking the rolls the day prior to serving.
Can you freeze Ham & Swiss rolls?
Yup! I would recommend fully baking the ham & Swiss rolls as if ready to serve, then slicing them to separate into individual serving sizes. Then, place in a freezer-safe bag or container. To reheat, let thaw overnight to bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes, or cover with aluminum foil at 350F for 25-30 minutes, letting them bake uncovered the last 5-10 minutes.
How to store leftover Ham & Swiss rolls?
Store any leftovers in an air-tight container or ziplock bag in the fridge for up to 4 days. Or store in the freezer in a freezer-safe bag, in individual slices, up to one month.
How to reheat leftover Ham & Swiss rolls?
From fridge: Reheat at 350F for 5-8 minutes.
From freezer, but thawed: Reheat at 350F for 5-8 minutes.
From freezer, unthawed: Cover with aluminum foil to reheat at 350F for 25-30 minutes, letting baked uncovered for the last 5-10 minutes.
