How to make a French toast bake?

Think about how you would make normal French toast. Then, subtract all the mess. Because the only difference is that everything is being tossed together in a baking dish for you to allow the oven to do it's magic.

  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Make the cream mixture.
  3. Add the sliced bread or croissants to a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over top.
  5. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown on top and firm in the center.
  6. Enjoy warm with fresh berries, maple syrup, and whipped cream!
