What is St. Dalfour?

Growing up, I remember my mom buying St. Dalfour Fruit Preserves for uniquely flavored PB&Js, holiday appetizers, etc. So to work with them on this blogpost truly is a dream come true!

St. Daflour offers handcrafted fruit preserves that are made with all-natural ingredients, originating in the Aquitaine region of Southwestern France.

What makes St. Dalfour different from other brands?

It's the careful attention to select, high -quality harvest ingredients paired with generations-old family recipes for me.

But also, their fruit preserves are made with only 100% fruit, with sun-ripened grape 'must' as a natural sweetener.

... I usually buy at Whole Foods!

What to serve with Baked Brie:

Over the years, we've found these are our top hits:

  • Sliced honey crisp apples
  • Crostini (toasted baguette slices)
  • Clementines or madarins (for a fresh, non-dipping component)
  • Dried Apricots
  • Crackers
