10-Minute Spicy Chili Parmesan Noodles
They're nutty from the grated parmesan, a little spicy from the chili flakes, and all around a dish packed with flavor!
Ingredients
Servings: 4
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey, or Brown Sugar
- 4 Green Onions, chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 8 oz Knife-Cut Noodles
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain the water and add back into the pot.
- In a saucepan over medium high heat, add the minced garlic, butter, olive oil, soy sauce, and honey. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in the chopped green onions, grated parmesan, and red pepper flakes. (Optional: Add a little chili crunch for extra heat and flavor.)
- Add the hot sauce mixture into the cooked (and drained) noodles. Stir to combine. Season with salt & black pepper to taste.
- Serve with more chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and grated parmesan. Enjoy! 🍜
