These spicy cauliflower bites are hands down, the best way to enjoy cauliflower. They're soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and coated in a zesty hot sauce for the best flavors! Pair with a creamy ranch dressing, and Football Friday is done right ;)

How to make buffalo cauliflower bites:

The only difference between this recipe and your typical buffalo cauliflower bites is the final sauce.

But the methods are just the same...

  1. Make the flour coating.
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture.
  3. Bake until crispy.
  4. Brush the sauce over the cauliflower bites.
  5. Bake once more, and enjoy warm!

Story time...

My dad is the most hard headed person when it comes to anything in the broccoli or cauliflower family. You could douse those babies in cheese, chop them so finely in a casserole, or have Gordon Ramsay himself make them... and he would still not eat it.

But for some miraculous reason, these spicy cauliflower bites WERE. A. HIT!

It took a little convincing, but I asked him to try just one bite dipped in ranch and he ended up eating the whole plate...

So, I think it's safe to say these are a crowd-favorite!

Now, it’s time to grab our aprons and begin baking deliciousness! ’till next time! xxL
