Rosemary Parmesan Seasoned Crackers Mix
This is a shockingly easy holiday appetizer that is like a gourmet version of the iconic Chex mix!
Ingredients
Servings: 20+
- 6 oz. Ritz Crackers
- 4 cups Pretzels
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1/3 cup Dry Buttermilk Powder
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 6 tbsp. Melted Butter
- 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. EACH: Sesame Seeds & Poppyseeds
- 1 tbsp. EACH: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Soy Sauce, & Dried Chives
- 1 tbsp. Parsley, dried or freshly chopped
- 1 tbsp. Rosemary, dried or freshly chopped
- 1 tsp. EACH: Sea Salt & Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all the dry seasonings. Add the grated parmesan, honey, soy sauce, herbs, olive oil, and melted butter. Mix well.
- In a separate extra large bowl, combine the pretzels and ritz crackers. Toss once to mix.
- Add the seasonings-butter mixture to the pretzels and crackers. Toss gently with your hands until the crackers are well coated in the seasonings.
- Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 18-25 minutes, until golden, rotating the pan halfway through baking.
