How to store leftovers?
Store any leftover chicken meatballs once cooled to room temperature in an air tight container in the fridge up to 3 days. To reheat, place on a parchment paper lined pan at 350F for 6-10 minutes, until warmed through. To prevent them from drying out, I recommend loosely tenting in an aluminum foil and bake a few minutes longer.
Additional toppings for a Mediterranean Power Bowl:
BUBBL’R Lemon Lime Twist’r, for serving as a complimentary drink
Baby Cucumbers, sliced
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
