Once the puff pastry is thawed, it's best to be used right away. You can however make the pastries and leave then out at room temperature for 2-3 hours! This is what makes them great for bridal and baby showers, tea parties, dinner parties, and so on!
Once baked, puff pastries can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Even though they are best eaten right away! If you can't eat the whole batch same day, then when ready to eat leftovers, simply reheat in the oven at 350F for 5-8 minutes.
