What I Served for my Holiday Brunch:

  • Brioche French Toast with a splash of fresh orange juice and orange zest!
  • Quiche Lorraine (Click for recipe - Caramelized Onion, Bacon & Gruyere Quiche Lorraine that can be prepped up to 2 days in advance)
  • Oven-Baked Bacon
  • Fresh Fruit

How to Make Brioche French Toast:

  1. Whisk 4 eggs in a low shallow dish.
  2. Add 3/4 cup whole milk, 1 tbsp. vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp. granulated cane sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add 1 tbsp. butter to a skillet over MEDIUM heat.
  4. Place one slice of brioche into the egg mixture and turn to generously coat each side. Egg mixture will work for up to 10 slices of brioche.
  5. When butter has melted, add the brioche slice to the heated skillet.
  6. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and crisp.
  7. Keep warm at 200F in the oven.
  8. Enjoy warm with whipped cream, maple syrup, and fresh fruit!

How to Make this Energizing Cranberry-Pineapple Mocktail:

  1. Combine the pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and REDS powder in a drinking glass.
  2. Mix well until smooth and no powder clumps.
  3. Top with sparkling water and ice cubes to taste.
  4. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig to enjoy!

Can the Mocktail Mixture be Prepped in Advance?

Yes! I recommend making a large batch and storing in a large glass jar with lid in the fridge up to 2 days in advance. When ready to serve, give it a nice shake (with lid secure) to make sure the powder doesn't clump up.
