Ingredients to make Blackened Salmon Bites:

  • 4 Salmon Fillets, sliced into 1” cubes
  • 2 tbsp. Each: Paprika & Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Each: Garlic Powder, Cayenne Powder, Harissa Seasoning, Onion Powder, and Dried Italian Herbs
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

How to make Blackened Salmon Bites?

  1. Mix the blackened salmon seasonings in a large bowl until well-combined. Add the salmon and massage the seasoning mix into the salmon cubes.
  2. Heat up a large skillet over Medium High Heat for 3-4 minutes until hot. Add the olive oil, then add the salmon cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.

Can you store leftover salmon?

According to the USDA, you can safely store cooked salmon in the fridge for three to four days.

Is it OK to reheat salmon the next day?

Put the salmon on a rimmed baking sheet and warm it a 275°F oven for about 15 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 125°F to 130°F.

Or place the salmon in a shallow pan over medium high heat. Add a little water for moisture and to keep the salmon from sticking to the pan. Cover with a lid and let steam for 6-8 minutes, until internal temperatures reach 125°F to 130°F

Ingredients

Servings: 4

For the Blackened Salmon:

  • 4 Salmon Fillets, sliced into 1” cubes
  • 2 tbsp. Each: Paprika & Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Each: Garlic Powder, Cayenne Powder, Harissa Seasoning, Onion Powder, and Dried Italian Herbs
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

For the Ginger Glaze:

  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1” Fresh Ginger, finely minced

To Serve:

  • BUBBL’R Tropical Dream’r Antioxidant Sparkling Water
  • ½ cup Pineapple, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
  • Avocado
  • Rice

Instructions

  1. Mix the blackened salmon seasonings in a large bowl until well-combined. Add the salmon and massage the seasoning mix into the salmon cubes.
  2. Heat up a large skillet over Medium High Heat for 3-4 minutes until hot. Add the olive oil, then add the salmon cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  3. To make the glaze, simply stir all ingredient together. Toss the salmon bites in the glaze.
  4. To serve, place the salmon bites over a bowl of rice.
  5. Toss the finely chopped pineapple, cilantro, and tomatoes together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add to the salmon bowls.
  6. Add avocado to the bowls, as well.
