This seasoning works great for 1 1/2 - 2 pounds of chicken. I recommend starting to double the seasoning amounts as you increase the amount of chicken being cooked.
I love making homemade ranch dressing because it's more flavorful and I can make it lighter (aka not so calorie dense). I love making it with yogurt too so it adds lots of protein. Here is my favorite recipe below!

Yes! Sliders are an awesome make ahead meal. I recommend fully assembling them, and then you would wrap them in the baking dish to store in the fridge up to 1 day in advance. When ready to serve, cover the dish in foil to cook at 350F for 10 minutes and uncovered for an additional 10 minutes. The goal here is for the chicken to be warm throughout the sliders.
