Soft Hawaiian rolls stuffed with basil pesto and your pepperoni pizza fillings, brushed with garlic knot butter component to be baked until cheesy and crisp. This Garlic Knot Pizza Sliders Recipe makes for an easy weeknight dinner or game day recipe!

(Part 1) How to Make Garlic Knot Pizza Sliders?

  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, grated parmesan, garlic, finely chopped basil, as well as salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.

(Part 2) How to Make Garlic Knot Pizza Sliders?

  1. Separate the Hawaiian rolls and place on the prepared pan.
  2. Working one roll at a time, slice two slits 3/4th through the slider. Fill each slit with a dollop of pizza sauce, basil pesto, shredded mozzarella, and sliced pepperoni. Repeat with remaining rolls.
  3. Brush the stuffed rolls with the garlic knot butter.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden on top and cheese is melted. (Optional: Broil on HIGH for 1-2 minutes, until cheese is crisp.)
  5. Garnish with flaky sea salt to enjoy!

Ingredients

For the Garlic Knot Butter:

  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, finely chopped
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves, finely minced or grated
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

For the Sliders:

  • 12-count Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/2 cup Marinara or Pizza Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Basil Pesto, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 4 oz Sliced Pepperoni
