·

I'f you're looking for an easy weeknight dinner, then you have to try this Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon & Potatoes recipe that's ready in less than 30 minutes! The salmon turns out crispy on the edges, and super flaky on the inside. The potatoes are crispy, and so yummy when paired with my healthier bang bang sauce.

How to make Air Fryer Salmon:

  1. Place the salmon fillets in the other half of the air fryer.
  2. Slather Dijon evenly on all sides, then season with the paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook in the Air Fryer at 400F for 15-18 minutes, until salmon is fully cooked in the center and potatoes are crispy.

How to Store Leftover Salmon? How to Reheat?

Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days; however, fish it always best enjoyed within 24 hours. To reheat, place back in the air fryer at 300F for 5 minutes, then 350F for 4-5 minutes. You may want to drizzle with olive oil to help get crispy again!
