Pull-Apart Vodka Sauce Pizza Sliders

The easiest way to enjoy homemade pizza in less than 30 minutes! These Pull-Apart Vodka Sauce Pizza Sliders are topped with a garlic knot sauce, baked until a little crispy on top, cheesy goodness in the middle - it's a must try!

Ingredients you'll need:

For the Rolls:

  • 12-count Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, or Soft Dinner Rolls
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Botticelli Alla Vodka Pasta Sauce
  • 6 oz (1.5 cups) Shredded Mozzarella, or Italian Mix
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) Pepperoni, chopped

For the Topping Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter, or Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Basil, or Rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Can Pull-Apart Pizza Sliders be Made in Advance?

Yes, these sliders can be made in advance but are best enjoyed the same day. You can reheat the sliders in the oven at 350F for 8-12 minutes, until warmed through.

Ingredients

Servings: 12

For the Rolls:

  • 12-count Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, or Soft Dinner Rolls
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Botticelli Alla Vodka Pasta Sauce
  • 6 oz (1.5 cups) Shredded Mozzarella, or Italian Mix
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) Pepperoni, chopped

For the Topping Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter, or Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Basil, or Rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Place the rolls on a parchment-lined rimmed baking pan. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the top half of the rolls. Set aside.
  3. Drizzle the 2 tablespoons olive oil over the bottom half. Broil on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Reduce oven heat to 350F.
  5. Spread the alla vodka sauce evenly over the bottom half.
  6. Layer with the shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, and chopped pepperoni. Sandwich with the top half of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheesy is melted.
  8. In the meantime, combine all the topping sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
  9. Brush the warm rolls with the topping sauce. Place bake in the oven to bake another 5 minutes. Enjoy warm!

These are soo good!!! They’re a hit every time I make them and come out perfectly with the given instructions. The only edit I made was making my own vodka sauce the second time I made them and they were perfect :)
