Strawberries & Cream Stuffed French Toast Bake
An easy make ahead and crowd pleaser perfect for any weekend morning!
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 6 large Eggs
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1 loaf Thickly Sliced Bread
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- Fresh Strawberries, for serving
- Maple Syrup, for serving

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and 2 tablespoon brown sugar. Brush onto the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until smooth and well-combined. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, cinnamon, vanilla, and remaining brown sugar until smooth. Set aside.
- Add a single layer of the thickly sliced bread into the prepared baking dish.
- Using a spatula, add the cream cheese mixture and spread out evenly.
- Add another single layer of bread and gently press down.
- Evenly pour the egg mixture over the layered bread.
- Cover with tin foil and let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes, and uncovered for 30-40 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Garnish with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy warm with BUBBL'R Pitaya Berry Nect'r Antioxidant Sparkling Water for a refreshing drink!
